Matrix Ping-Pong

I'm sure everybody has seen this but me but I just love it. I don't know how or why they did it but I'm glad they did. Very funny and ingenious! Check this out:

A Place For Us

This is a shot of Amy and I in front of our new house. We are still going through the Escrow process but if everything goes well this is where we will be hanging our hats for the next few years. It is 3 Bed and 2 1/2 Baths and in a cute little enclave named Brentwood Glen. I don't want to say how much it cost because I may change my mind if I think about it too long! But it is an investment in our future and it will be fun to have a place all our own. Maybe next year Thanksgiving will be at our house! (And you are ALL invited!)

Happy Turkey

Happy Thanksgiving to all who dare enter here on Biscuits & Gravy. This is how Amy and I spent our Thanksgiving at her Aunt Linda and Uncle Gary Bennett's beautiful home in Newport Beach, Ca. The Sultan's (Amy's family) and the Bennett's spend every Thanksgiving together and this year it was the Bennett's turn to host. The Turkey was excellent and the company was even better! Amy and I have many things to give thanks for including continued success and our sweet-faced puppy Biscuit and my kitty Jane. Gobble-gobble!

Sideways In Napa Valley

Last week Amy and I spent the week in Napa Valley, Ca. We were covering the Christina Aguilera wedding and had some free time on the last day. We went wine tasting at Beringer and picked up a 'small' bottle of their famous Cabernet. We stayed at the Harvest Inn and had a nice vineyard view from our room. The weather was fabulous and we got some good pix and video of Christina on her wedding weekend (thanks to Edouard and Jeremy). Lots of good wine and food- we both gained 5 pounds the good way!

World Ending Part 2: Clippers Rule!

I don't know if you have been paying attention to the NBA or not but the Los Angeles Clippers, perennial league doormat, are 5-1 and have the best record in the entire NBA! I am a long-suffering die-hard fan of this team and I don't know whether to shit or go blind! The offseason additions of veteran guards Sam Cassell (photo) and Cuttino Mobley have helped mentor the Clips young talent and they are off to the best start in franchise history. I don't want to jinx it but can you say playoffs?

He Got Game

This is my nephew Patrick Cosman's card for his youth soccer team. Patrick lives in Seattle with his mother Leticia and he is a handsome little devil (he must get it from me not from my brother Craig- his Dad)! I haven't had a chance to see him in awhile and I miss the little guy so much! My dad was a soccer ace so maybe Patricio has it in his genes to be the next Maradona! Gooaaaalllllllll!

Dogs & Cats Living Together!

You might want to live it up because the world may be coming to an end! My two pets- Biscuit the Sweet-Faced Chocolate Lab and Jane the Frisky Hairless Cat- once sworn enemies- were caught sleeping next to each other on the couch. Does this mean that there is hope for peace in the middle east? Will Yankees fans and Boston fans start cheering for each other's teams? I don't know but I never thought I'd see this...cute though!

Arrrrrrrrrrrrr! Happy Halloween!

Ahoy mateys! This is a pic of me and my favorite wench Amy at a Halloween party this past weekend. We went to a fun party at Amy's friends Lindsay & Trina's house and had a fun time. I said 'Arrrrr' alot and ate snacks and drank booze. Amy caught up with some of her oldest pals on all the latest gossip involving their 'Circle' of friends. Pirate Joke: What is a pirates' favorite movie? Any one that is rated 'Arrrrr!'
