Cute Little Redhead

This is Carys my good pal Dave Thompson's baby girl. She is really adorable and she looks a bit like old 'Tommo'. She is about 6 months old now and this photo was taken recently when Dave and his wife Helen (Hellie) brought Carys by for a visit. Amy held her up and looked very natural holding a baby. Hmmmm. Congrats on your little bundle of joy Tommo and Hellie!

Gizmo Meets Biscuit

This is the first-ever photo of Biscuit and his new brother Gizmo together. Biskie met Giz for the first time yesterday on the beach in Malibu (I was there waiting for Jennifer Aniston to come out but she never did!) and at first Biskie was kind of jealous. He just walked away and sulked when he saw the new pup was getting all the attention. After a while he warmed up to Gizmo but he still didn't know what to make of him. Biskie has been the center of the universe with us for awhile and he has no concept of someone or something being more important than him. At first he was ignoring Gizmo but then he started to play with him and even gave him the ball to play with. Biskie is such a sweet dog and I hope Gizmo will become just like him. They are sleeping together right now and they are very cute...

Welcome to The Family Gizmo!

This is Gizmo our new puppy. He is 9 1/2 weeks old and as cute as the dickens! We just bought him from the Malibu pet store yesterday and he is Biscuit's new brother. There was some drama to get him though. I went to the pet store and saw him and knew that Amy would want him so I asked the store girl to put him on hold until 1:00 when Amy could come and see him. When Amy arrived some crazy lady with a mask over her mouth was holding him and wouldn't even let Amy see him! Amy reminded the store girl that I had asked to hold him and the Crazy Lady went nuts! She said that she was in the store for 3 hours and that she had already named him Gizmo and that she was going through a rough divorce and that she really must have this dog! Amy was distraught but the store girl honored the Hold and let Amy buy him. The Crazy Lady was furious but there was nothing she could do...Gizmo became ours. His first night with us was a bit rough as we are Crate Training him and he cried all night long- Amy felt sorry for him and let him free and he slept next to his brother Biscuit for a few hours. We will put him in the crate again tonight and see what happens...poor little guy. Amy likes the name Oliver or Hudson and I like the name Gizmo or Soda Pop. She will probably win of course but just like Biscuit I will always be able to call him by his nickname when she's not around....shhh!

Aloha From Maui

These are some photos from our recent trip to Maui. That is the view from our Hotel balcony in Kihei...$120 a night! What a deal...and Amy got us a Jeep Commander for $25 a day. The room had a fridge and stove and utensils and was like an apartment. We had alot of fun on this trip and hopefully we will go back soon. The restaurant we ate at is called The General Store and was awesome. Maui No Ka Oi (Maui is beautiful). I have some pix of us on the beach but my belly is too fat so I will not post them!
